Set Sail This Summer with “Anything Goes” The South Plainfield Summer Drama Workshop will hold auditions for this year’s production “Anything Goes” now!
This version of the musical, seen recently on Broadway and on PBS, brings the stories of love, laughs, and luck to the stage with such memorable Cole Porter songs as “You’re the Top”, “Friendship”, “Blow Gabriel Blow” and the title song with exciting dancing and great opportunities for many characters.
Auditions will be held May 11, 12, and 14 at the South Plainfield Middle School from 5:30-9 PM. Participation is open to all South Plainfield students from all schools entering sixth grade through one year out of high school. Show dates are July 31, August 1 & 2. The South Plainfield Summer Drama Workshop, in partnership with the South Plainfield Recreation Department, will begin evening rehearsals on June 22.
